Registration Information

Registration Process: Step-By-Step Instructions

You may wish to Print Out these instructions if this is your first time registering for a class on this website.

1. Create a New User Account.

   1. To access the Music Together Online Registration feature and to store and view your online account, including payment and registration information, along with gaining access to exciting new features like our e-newsletter, message boards, and photo galleries in the near future, all families must create an account on the new website.
      1. Go to the top right corner of our homepage
      2. Click the "My Account" (in green text)
      3. Select "Create New Account" tab to the left of the table
      4. Create your own Username. Pick something easy, that you will remember.  For example, "JSmith" (first initial, last name) or "SmithFamily"
      5. Create your own Password. The more variety your password has (includes #'s, capital letters, punctuation) the stronger the strength of security it has.  Again, pick something that you will remember!
      6. Add your personal information. This is SECURE.
      7. Add your child(ren)'s names and birthdates.
      8. Click the "Register" tab to register your account
      9. Please take a moment to select the box next to the appropriate answer for, "How did you hear about us."

2. Log In and Register for Classes.

   1. Return to the homepage and input your new login information into the User Log In fields on the  bottom left section of the homepage.
   2. Click the "Classes and Schedule" tab from any page of our website.
   3. Select the type of class that you are interest in.
      1. Mixed Ages, Big Kids, etc.  You will be brought to a page that describes the type of class that you selected.
   4. Click the "Class Schedule" tab of your choice.  You can view a specific schedule, for example, "Mixed Ages Class Schedule" or the "Full Class Schedule" at this point.
      1. When the schedule page loads, you will have the ability to sort classes by semester, type, location, day, and teacher by selecting the orange column header of your desired category.
   5. To select a class, click in the "Class Type" column of the class you would like.
      1. The class types are, "Mixed Ages, Babies, Big Kids
      2. You will see that class open in a new page.
   6. Verify that your semester, date, time, and location are correct.
   7. Select the child or children that you would like to put in this class by clicking the white box to the left of their name(s).
      1. You can also add new registrants or children at this time by clicking the, "Add New Registrant" box.
   8. When you have selected all of the appropriate children, click the "Register for Class" button. 
      1. You will now see your selection added to your cart.
   9. You can repeat steps A-G to register different registrants or children for different classes.  Each class will be added to your cart in the same fashion.
      1. When you are finished, "shopping" click the "checkout" button.
      2. You can opt to pay be check or credit card
   10. You have now entered our SECURE CHECKOUT center.
   11. Verify your email address, as all correspondence will be sent through this.
   12. Enter your billing information.
   13. Feel free to enter any comments or concerns in the "Comment Field" below your payment information.
       1. At this point, please input your 2nd choice
   14. Click "Review Order"
       1. Verify that all information is correct.
   15. Click "Submit Order"
   16. You will receive a message that will say, "Order Complete!"
   17. Your registration is now finished.  You will receive immediate confirmation via email that your request and payment have been accepted if you have paid by credit card. When your place in class is confirmed you will also receive confirmation from us

   18. Familes are welcome to register for classes after the deadline as space permits.

       *No refunds given after the first day of class.

       **By registereing for our classes you agree that you, or any other adult, that brings your child(ren) to class is RESPONSIBLE for your child(ren) and stays with them throughout the class.
